THE ROLE

In order to strengthen our presence in our dealer network, Stovax Gazco is looking for a third Sales Representative.

In charge of establishing a long-term relationship with your dealers in order to maintain the level of sales in relation to the objectives set. You will be responsible for monitoring and developing existing accounts as well as seeking out and securing the loyalty of new accounts throughout the North/East quarter of France and French-speaking Belgium, from the south of Lyon to the north of Brussels.

You will be responsible for the following tasks in full autonomy:

  • You will be responsible for the development of a network of resellers, mainly heating engineers and heating technicians, and for developing their loyalty to the company.
  • Implement your sales development plan, prospecting, making appointments and visiting customers, taking care to optimise your travel and activities.
  • Presenting the Stovax product ranges, informing about new products and developing the brand’s reputation within the network.
  • Support and advise on the recommendation of Stovax solutions, the use of our products and first level maintenance.
  • Develop sales in the sector in order to guarantee the commercial objectives set.
  • Ensuring the traceability of your actions, regular reporting and updating of our customer database (CRM/Intranet, etc.)
  • Advise, manage and animate the reseller network, train them on our tools and detect new partnership opportunities.
  • Speaking, reading and writing English is mandatory for this job.

PERSON SPECIFICATION

You are a good speaker, a team player and a sociable person, and you have a real ease in developing a « business partner » relationship with an audience of entrepreneurs and company managers.

Involved and motivated by a technical environment, you have great communication skills and the ability to lead a network of professionals and know how to create links to advise them technically and support them in the development of their business.

  • Organised, you know how to manage your time and enjoy travelling to meet your clients.
  • Good knowledge of computers (MS Office)
  • Ability to work to establish standards and procedures.
